Ms Priya Mishra is an Assistant Professor (Management) at EThames Business School (EBS) with over 3 years of academic experience. She pursued her PhD from Ranchi University, and her areas of research are labor studies, informal sector dynamics, and women’s empowerment. She has now submitted her thesis. Dr. Naga Lakshmi Kundeti is an Assistant Professor at EThames Business School with over 12 years of combined academic and industry experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (2023), with her doctoral research titled: “Emotional Intelligence” She also holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing (2011) and an M.Sc. in Psychology (2016).
Her teaching and expertise span Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Leadership Management, Business Management, and Marketing. Dr. Kundeti has published extensively in reputed indexed journals, including Scopus (Q2), ABDC (B), and UGC CARE-listed journals. She is the author of the book “Emotional Intelligence in Action” (2025) and has authored “Principles and Practices of Management”, Organizational Behaviour for the upcoming academic year.
She has actively contributed to academic administration and quality assurance initiatives, including IQAC audits, QCM processes, accreditation support (NAAC, NBA, NIRF), and academic planning at leading institutions such as KL University and VIT Bhopal University. Her industry experience includes leadership roles in Human Resources operations prior to transitioning fully into academia.
