Director General
Shailendra Tipparaju is an entrepreneur, educator, investor, and four-time EdTech founder with extensive experience building and scaling global education ventures. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Loyola University of Chicago and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, and Chicago Booth. He is the Founder of MAGNA Education and has previously built and exited multiple global EdTech platforms. As a member of the Advisory Board, he guides EThames Business School, Hyderabad, on entrepreneurship education, leadership development, and institution-building with purpose. EBS is privileged to draw on his global entrepreneurial insights to nurture future founders and leaders.

Prof. Ramesh Loganathan is Professor of Co-Innovation and Head of Research & Innovation Outreach at IIIT Hyderabad, with over 25 years of experience in software product R&D and innovation leadership in India and the US. He holds an M.E. from Anna University and a B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and has served as Interim Chief Innovation Officer for the Government of Telangana and President of HYSEA. He is widely recognised for building strong academia–industry–start-up ecosystems. Prof. Loganathan is a valued member of the Advisory Board of EThames Business School, Hyderabad, and under his guidance, EBS is confident of strengthening its innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-integration initiatives. Guru Malladi is a Partner at EY and leads Sales and Innovation for EY India, with over 25 years of global consulting and leadership experience. He holds an MSc in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, UK, and has completed executive programs at MIT and IIM Ahmedabad. He has led large-scale public sector, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives across India and globally, including landmark programs such as Aadhaar and national digital reforms. As a member of the Advisory Board, he supports EThames Business School, Hyderabad, in strengthening innovation-led learning, industry partnerships, and digital-first program design. Arindam Banerrji is the EVP & Country Head at State Street, India, with over three decades of experience in global banking, financial services, and operations leadership. A Chartered Accountant (FCA) and B.Com graduate, he has held senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo, EY, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan. His professional expertise includes investment banking, offshoring strategy, and building large-scale global service centres. As a member of the Advisory Board, he guides EThames Business School, Hyderabad, in strengthening industry relevance, employability outcomes, and professional program design. Ajit Rangnekar is the Director General at the Research and Innovation Circle of Hyderabad and SVP (India) at Partner, with over three decades of leadership experience across academia, consulting, and industry. He is the former Dean and Deputy Dean of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and has held senior leadership roles at PwC in Hong Kong and Mainland China. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Bombay (B.Tech in Chemical Engineering), he brings deep expertise in management consulting, institutional leadership, and innovation ecosystems. As a member of the Advisory Board, he provides strategic guidance to EThames Business School, Hyderabad, supporting its long-term academic vision and industry integration. Manek Daruvala is the Founder Director of T.I.M.E. Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading test-preparation and education services organisations, with over three decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in the education sector. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (PGDM – Marketing), he is a first-generation entrepreneur who has built and scaled a national education brand from the ground up. A teacher at heart, he is deeply passionate about mentoring, team-building, and nurturing academic excellence. As a member of the Advisory Board, he provides strategic guidance to EThames Business School, Hyderabad, on institution-building, student-centric learning models, and scaling quality education. Dr. N. S. Rajan is a former CEO of IDFC Foundation and former Group CHRO of Tata Sons, with nearly four decades of leadership experience across HR transformation, leadership development, and organisational strategy. He holds a PhD in Leadership from IIT Delhi, a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from Loyola College. He has also served as Global Leader – People Advisory at EY and is a board member of leading institutions. As a member of the Advisory Board, Dr. Rajan provides strategic counsel to EThames Business School, Hyderabad, particularly in leadership development, institutional culture, and people capability building. Under his guidance, EBS continues to strengthen its focus on purpose-driven leadership and professional excellence.
